The large blue indicator rod has two convenient settings for either gentle or speed cooking and is easy to read even from the distance. Our new Vitaquick is equipped with an upgraded auto-locking handle with visual indicator. The handle of the Vitaquick pressure cooker will indicated that the cooker is closed correctly and securely locked with an audible click and a special color display in the handle which switches from red to green. Only then will the Vitaquick allow the pressure to be build.

pressure cookers are perfectly safe and even exceed the minimum safety
requirements of Europe and the United States with patented innovative
features such as:
Euromatic Safety Valve: With the perfection of
the Euromatic automatic valve, every Vitaquick pressure cooker offers
a high degree of safety
with convenience and reliability. The valve only engages once the
handle is properly locked and it ensures a safe build-up of pressure
and opening of the lid by automatically closing once the oxygen has
escaped. The valve also automatically releases any excess pressure
to maintain a safe level at all times.
Auto-locking handle with visual indicator: The handle with indicate that the pressure cooker is locked security with an audible click as well as a color display that switches from red to green. Only once the lid is securely closed will the Vitaquick build up pressure.
Residual
Pressure Block: The cooker can only be opened
if it has been depressurized completely.
Interlocking
Lid: The stainless steel lid locks into
place, creating a tight seal, and pressure can only build if the lid
is put on correctly and locked. It is impossible to open the lid with
pressure inside.
Automatic
Steam Release: If the temperature in the
cooker increases too much, the automatic steam release function in
the main control valve permits steam to escape and keeps the inside
pressure at a safe level.
