The UL-listed Blue Point pressure cookers combine perfect technology and
attractive modern design with their patented safety valves and large indicator
rods. They are safe, simple to use, and especially easy to clean. This

each Blue Point pressure cooker is silent and features multiple safety
mechanisms including an automatic pressure valve, so you can relax while

The
large blue indicator rod has two convenient settings for either gentle
or speed cooking and is easy to read even from the distance. Our
Blue Point pressure cookers are also equipped with large easy-grip
handles that ensure safe and comfortable grip and stay cool during
cooking. The 18/10 stainless steel pressure cooker is dishwasher
safe and cleaning the maintenance-free main control valve is easy
while simply rinsing the lid under running water. No need to take
the valve apart.
The
CookStar all-stove base, which is comprised of a pure
aluminum core and high-quality 18/10 stainless steel, ensures that
the base that will never separate or warp. The energy-saving base
also provides quick optimal heat distribution, diffusion, and storage
without any hot spots. No sound, no steam and no smell - Blue

In addition to all its unique and beneficial features, Blue Point
pressure cookers are perfectly safe and even exceed the minimum safety
requirements of Europe and the United States with patented innovative
features such as:
Euromatic Safety Valve: With the perfection of
the Euromatic automatic valve, every Blue Point pressure cooker offers
a high degree of safety
with convenience and reliability. The valve only engages once the
handle is properly locked and it ensures a safe build-up of pressure
and opening of the lid by automatically closing once the oxygen has
escaped. The valve also automatically releases any excess pressure
to maintain a safe level at all times.
Residual
Pressure Block: The cooker can only be opened
if it has been depressurized completely.
Interlocking
Lid: The stainless steel lid locks into
place, creating a tight seal, and pressure can only build if the lid
is put on correctly and locked. It is impossible to open the lid with
pressure inside.
Automatic
Steam Release: If the temperature in the
cooker increases too much, the automatic steam release function in
the main control valve permits steam to escape and keeps the inside
pressure at a safe level.
